  • Order processing times. After an order is placed, shipping information will be sent  within (2) business days,

  • After That Order Cannot Be Canceled 
  • Returns Are Accepted within 14 day of receiving order but MUST be APPROVED by Toontronix first.
  • Product Warranty 30 days covering for Workmanship/Electronic Issues 
  • Potential service interruptions. Orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of of our control. If Packaged is delayed for any reason, we will reach out to give new Delivery Date.
